Paige Craig
Managing Partner
Paige Craig is a Founder and General Partner of Arena Ventures. He is an experienced angel investor who has invested in over 110 startups in the last seven years, including companies like Lyft, AngelList, Wish, Postmates, Twitter, Styleseat, Zenpayroll, Quizup and many more.
Paige spent the first half of his career in the Marine Corps and US Intelligence Community and later launched a defense contractor, driving alone into Iraq in 2003 with just $10,000 and expanding operations across the Middle East, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Africa and Southeast Asia.
Jeff Lo
Managing Partner
Jeff Lo is a Founder and General Partner of Arena Ventures. He has over 11 years of investment management expertise spanning early-stage technology investing, portfolio management, and global macro trading.
He was most recently a Managing Director at Fortress Investment Group in New York, where he ran private technology investments for the family office of Mike Novogratz and was a Portfolio Manager for the Fortress Macro Fund since January of 2013.
Jeff has also been investing extensively in early stage startups for Lo Enterprises, his personal investment vehicle, since 2010.
He sits on the boards of Momofuku and Madison Square Park.
Frank Shih
Principal
Frank is a Principal at Arena Ventures. Prior to Arena, he worked at a family office based in New York managing early stage venture investments. He has also managed client portfolios at Bank Julius Baer and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, where as a Vice President in the Asia CIO Office focused on global equity strategy and macro-driven investments. His background is in institutional equity research including experience as a technology sector analyst at Bear Stearns and as a buy-side analyst for a hedge fund in New York.
Frank graduated from the University of Rochester with a BA in Economics and English.
TJ Hennessy
Principal
TJ Hennessy is a Principal at Arena Ventures. He founded his first company in high school and has extensive experience launching new products/markets, scaling sales organizations, and structuring partnerships. He was most recently the Director of Business Development at FastPay, a fintech company focused on accelerating payments in the digital media and advertising industry. Prior to FastPay, he was the top enterprise salesperson and city launcher at BetterWorks, an employee rewards and recognition platform.
TJ was born in Chicago and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California. He spends his free time helping entrepreneurs, staying active (crossfit, surfing, basketball), and traveling.
